生地ができるまでの工程と、私たち東紀繊維ならではの取り組みを紹介します。
Spinning 紡績
We are committed to choose yarn-growing district and produce original yarn with a reliable cotton spinning company together. We keep the secret how to make and exchange of ideas. It’s possible to make yarns for a small lot or short period.
私たちの生地づくりは原料となる棉（わた）の産地選びからこだわり、信頼できる紡績会社と共に糸を企画開発するところから始まっています。東紀繊維と紡績会社が互いの知見を持ち寄り、情熱をぶつけ合いながら徹底した秘密管理のもとで独自の糸を開発しています。小ロット短サイクルといった細かなニーズにも対応可能です。
Yarn Dyeing 糸染め
We dye yarn with the latest equipment that is fully automatic in Japan. It’s possible to dye yarn for a sample, small lot or bulk.
全自動・最新式の設備を持つ国内工場で染色しています。糸染めは小ロット短サイクルといった細かなニーズにも対応可能です。サンプルからバルクまでロット管理を徹底し幅広いニーズに応えています。
Knitting 編立て
Fabrics are knitted in our mill which is located in the Wakayama prefecture.
The yarns are re-wound up in order to remove dust and match each knitting machine. Knitting machines are separated to avoid fibre contamination during the knitting.
A manager and team of craftsmen are taking care of the TSURI knitting machines to ensure the best quality every time. These machines are different from modern ones due to the play in the knitting, we take care before starting the knitting and then check each by hand, after that we start knitting.
編立ては和歌山の自社工場で行います。
納入された糸は編立て性を良くするためにワインダーを通し最善な糸にしています。編機は風綿を防止するために1台1台セパレートし、細心の注意が払われています。特に扱いが難しい吊り編機は工場長と熟練した職人数名が担当し、稼働中は常に見回って頻繁にメンテナンスを行っています。吊り編機は近代的な編機と違い「遊び」の多い機械なので、特に編立て始めは目視で生機を確認後、生産します。編み上がり後にも最終的な生機検反を行い、染色工程へ進みます。
Piece Dyeing and Inspection 染め・加工・検反
We dye and have multiple processes according to the necessity in the Japanese industry. We have the equipment to complete the task. It’s possible to dye fabrics for a small lot or short period. We inspect all the fabric for length, weight and texture with considerable care. Furthermore the fabrics have a final check in person by our team.
